What to say about Jeevandeep Hospital, understand from the rating given. You have to wait for 3 hours to 4 hours for work of 15 to 20 minutes and no one cares for anything. Doctor's time table is 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM and we reached the hospital around 6:00 PM. My condition was very serious. I asked madam twice to put me in emergency, she refused. I was not able to sit down. I got my receipt at 6:00 PM and my number was at 48. I went back again after that at 7:30 PM then at least 16 numbers were running and I came at 6:00 PM. Then number 11 was running. In the spare one and a half hour, the doctor had contacted 5 patients. After that I felt that my number will not come even till 11:00 PM and I will be more upset then I thought and I went to another place and did not even return the receipt money.

I m sorry to say but i think those who seat on reception seat is a main doctor of jeevendeep. U ask anything about your waiting number to meet they will reply u nothing and again ask they will start shouting on u. And really verry bad behaviour of reception staff. Once u admitted here then u cant change your bad i m suffered 16 days but staff didnt change my bad. One more the housekeeping staff is for only day time u will not finde any housekeeping persons at night. Its "Aatma nirbhar hospital". Please to doctors leave patient fast as u can. I know this is hospital for patient and patient family. But for u this is "business".

Worst hospital in vapi , hospital staff is very very bad , no hygeine, no professionalism. Please don't come here incase of emergency because it will take more than 10-12 hrs to start diagnosis in normal days and other side doctor give you medical advice as per Google search results. Please don't come here if you love yours and your love ones life. If you financial issue please choose gov. Hospital rather than this hospital.

The experience was very poor. Yesterday, we visited doctor Sunil Saxena (because Dr Ilesh Shah was not available) for my Mom (who got high createnine, bad for kidneys), who immediately after checking just blood test report asked my Mom to get admit in an ICU stating that everything is very serious and she won't get well easily. We were so shocked as there was nothing that serious with her. So we decided to take a second opinion and consult Dr. Ilesh Shah today, he heard and asked to get X-ray and Sonography done post which he gave some tablets stating there's nothing serious and she'll get well. Later, when we asked about her createnine report, he stated ki yes, uske liye you'll have to consult a kidney specialist. Until we asked, he stated nothing relating to that coz he was busy talking to some other person. Also, when we asked what should be eaten.. he mentioned, kuch bhi kha sakte ho (anything can be eaten). Whereas, protein rich food is very dangerous in case of high createnine which he didn't care to mention at all. Please take some more money but atleast give proper guidance. You didn't check what medicines she's taking already, what's going on with her, nothing. Please don't scare patients and ask them to get admitted without anything serious. Seriously, very disappointed. Two doctors of the same hospital gave extremely opposite advices.

Very expensive hospital. Just one injection they took 480 as consulting charges and injection which is only rs.18 in medical store.

People at reception own the hospital. Zero empathy for any patient sitting in the lobby waiting for their turn. 100% rude. No sense of respect to anyone. Plus have their mouths sealed to any questions. As expected, no punctuality, from the head staff. Pros: Overall neat & clean. Nurses attending to rooms are responsive, barring few.

It is a good health care facility but can be improved a lot. There is a lot of ambiguity amongst the visitors and that creates unwanted situations. Hope that the management takes a note and addresses it rest all the practitioners have wide knowledge and experience. Best wishes.
