At first, I practised yoga on the completion of my husband without any interest. But after two weeks I got interest and now I am doing with extreme happiness. Mam also giving individual attention and practising us with more yoga exercises. I think one hour is not enough as the clock runs very fast for me while doing it. Very energetic and pranayama class is simply superb. Thanks to my Hus and mam for taking atmost care. Mam has more patience in bringing us to her limits. Thanks mam.
