My experience with the same to bad with services given in general ward on morning to evening shift nurses team. I am admitted here 2 days before. Experience and diagnostic from doctors team is excellent. But, you have to ring the bell and waiting for infinity. You have to disconnect the sylige (after empty) by your self. Because no one responds after multiple calls.
I feel this is a costly Hospital with respect to their facilities, co-ordination between staff & front desk person is not so good. Infrastructure are not so good. Except the delux room (photo Attached) other rooms (Private/single standard AC room) are looks like very old type while room charges are high. Hospital have lot of space for car parking. We have availed services of this Hospital in June 2020

Staff is very arrogant & unprofessional. Specially from reception area. You will feel like some Govt Hospital with Rigid Attitude staff.
Worst hospitality and the worst hospital of all times. They have a doctor named Dr. A.K. Sinha, he's isn't a human. Only wants to get advantage of the patients and their money. He is rude and the worst doctor in Delhi. Never go to this hospital or this doctor!!!
This is the worst hospital ever seen. Over charged with worst facilities. Government ward is far better than the general ward. Toilets are stinky. Staffs uncooperative and unprofessional. They keep you sending from one counter to another for discharge. Better go to government hospital rather than wasting money here.
Worst experience of OPD,they will make you for more than 2 hours .. Doctor will come at 10.30 morning ,it could be 11 also and they will say doctor will seat from 9 to 10 in the morning .. You have to come hospital before 9am and then wait for 2 hours to see doctor In case of any emergency or better treatment don't come to Jeevan..
