JD Hotel & Lounge - Hotel in Kurukshetra, Thanesar - Kurukshetra, India

Really bad experience..the staff was zero percent co operative... Receptionist are so arrogant..they did not provide proper towels for the room saying they don't have any. One of the worst experience of my life in a hotel. Would ask everyone to avoid this one. I would give a 0 on service. The food was not tasty. We asked for dal handi, they gave dal makni and said it is dal handi only.

Newly constructed Hotel so it still looks fresh although interiors are standard. Rooms are better in comparison to other Hotels in Kurukshetra. The rooms that we stayed in 208 & 210 did not have any windows or outside view. The A/C is only controlled by the staff. The Drinking water bottles are to be paid at Rs 30 each. The strange part is that they will not inform in advance and will charge it at the time of checkout. We did not have meals here so cannot say anything about their restaurant. The caretaker of the Hotel will sleep at the Reception after locking the Hotel entrance door at Night. Each time if you are arriving late or even leaving early at 7.00AM you will have to wake him up. The location of the Hotel is very good, close to Brahmsarovar and Birla temple.

Poor service (Room No. 208) Took charge of AC Room... But AC was not working... Nobody picked call even on multiple trying.... Fan was slow and making sound.... . it was a totally disturbed sleep. Even reception staff was not accepting their mistake... that was worst thing.

The Staff is less friendly , familier , and have no ethics how to talk and deal with customer. This hotel can be a 5star hotel in future but staff is not that much good, They don't know how to talk

Rooms are clean. Bed comfortable Bath room clean. Water flow good. Can add few more items like cofee maker, towels, toiletries etc. 5/5 for clean bed sheets Review of a 5 star hotel Direct housekeeping.

First time in my life, stayed in a hotel which does not provide drinking water (free). We were forced to buy packaged drinking water with added tax from them. They had only one AC remote for the hotel and did not give us the AC remote so we could not adjust temperature aa per our need. We had to call them to adjust AC. DO NOT VISIT IT.
