The experience was really amazing. We booked the hall for a family function and the staff organised it very well, specifically Mr. Amit Pratap Singh was there all the time to manage the function and executed very well.
They are going down the drain in terms of Hospitality. So I visited them on 16th Sep 2023 with my 9 family members for a Birthday dinner. I asked them to Heat the food for my 6 year old 'Autistic' son who don't speak much and have specific food needs. They refused to heat the food for him stating stupid reasons. I don't blame the staff for this, cuz they were doing what their employers are asking them to do. I have been to several places but never once anyone denied re heating the food for my son or any kid for that matter. This is utterly shameful and cold hearted thing to do.
3 star giving only for Rooms Other wise so rudely behavior of restaurant staff. Very poor service of restaurant and reception. Better look other option otherwise hotel is good only for stay
Went for lunch, excellent preparation of food, very fresh. We had Palak panneer, Dal makhani, variety of rotties.
Good Ambiance. Food quality could be improved. Courteous staff and clean space. Best in Jhajjar so far
Visited their restro. Had navratri meal..taste was ok...service was awesome...well maintained.
Very bad hospitality and service. Think before visit. I have very pathetic experience. They don't care for the customer feedback.
