Great experience and extremely helpful staff. The food was excellent and the rooms are very nicely furnished. The bathroom leaves a little to be desired and we did not receive hot water. That aside, we had an amazing stay.

Place is really nice. Room Service is very prompt. Rooms have traditional look but the thing I like the most here is the Paintings which you can find everywhere. We played Cricket also. Breakfast spread is good and Anam gave us good service.

Good hotel and the staff there was very friendly and helpful especially Ms. Jasmine, she was so kind to us and she patiently answers our questions about the surrounding, she also recommended few tourists places for us to visit.. Very helpful house keeping... Food so tasty

I would have given a five star review but like most guests, because of no shower screen enclosure, I rated the rooms a four star. Staff is extremely hospitable and friendly. They take care of each and every guest with a smile and several options to offer. Rajesh was kind, helpful and very professional. I also enjoyed my server Ms. Kamatchi for breakfast. After a tiring day of sightseeing and an unfamiliar place, the hospitality of staff makes you feel welcomed. It amazes me how they are always so friendly after putting in so many hours of work. Good job JC Residency. You didn't disappoint!

Lovely place. Beautiful decor both at lobby and rooms. Food is great too! Friendly people and great service. Kamakshi at the dining room was very helpful and provided a great service.

Neat and clean. Very courteous staff. Good food. Had dinner . Staff at the restaurant were excellent. There was a boy whose name I do not remember, but was always keeping our table clean by removing the finished plates. Overall, very good.
