Located at the prime location of DD Block, Salt Lake Sector 1, Joint & Bone Care Hospital offers a wide range of orthopaedic surgeries including trauma surgery, spine surgery & joint replacement. A lot of renowned orthopedic surgeons operate here, aided with experienced anesthesiologists. This is a Swasthya Sathi Grade A hospital. The behaviour of every staff member is very courteous, nursing care of nursing personnel is also very good. My father was admitted for Knee Replacement under Dr Aditya Vasudev & underwent a successful TKR(Rt) & got discharged in a stable condition on post operative Day 5. I would like to express my gratitude towards every staff member & nursing personnel & house keeping staff. Highly recommended for any type of orthopaedic surgery.

Today I went out with the patient with some very bad experience. Let's start from the entrance, Despite having two lifts for the convenience of the patient and the patient party, Only one lift was ran all the day without any notice for any reason, specially breaking the covid protocol. Support employees on every floor, starting from the canteen, are not wearing gloves or carrying proper sanitation equipment. Now coming to the treatment...There is no one to take the patient from the ground floor to the 7th floor after admission rather after asking the reason you could face some of arrogance, ill & unprofessional behaviour which is not acceptable at all when you're suppose to have your surgery at any time maybe in a moment...Although the operation was given in the morning, the patient was taken around noon & again asking the reason behind this delay you'll have to face that arrogance Any way lists are long enough to brief my experience I just want to request the administration that You are for us and we are for you, So don't waste this complementary social harmony just to make money only, Especially at this time when your needs in the society are many times more than others. After all day, look at yourself in the mirror and feel proud of yourself.

Great experience!!! Very happy to admit my patient in *JBCH PRAKITI* ... Stuffs like brothers and sisters and other helping stuffs are very co- operative...and doctors are also very good and all necessary things like foods,tests,medicines etc are very well supplied by this hospital as well as nursing home....Go for it....

Very irresponsible people. I had severe back pain and contacted the hospital for an emergency appointment. Appointment was fixed at 12.30 and despite the pain, reported accordingly. I was told the doctor has arrived and is coming in 10 min. I waited for almost 25 min and then crossed checked. I was told to wait for another atleast 30 min and the staff at the desk responded by saying they can do nothing as it is upto the docto. I told the drefund 9f the deposited amount and returned after almost 40 min. Not a hospital worth considering and then cross checked

My ACL operation done from here through Swasthya Sathi card, so my feedback will be according to the Swasthya Sathi card. Whoever said here that Swasthya Sathi card admission time is too late, it is a natural. This hospital is really good and the staff here are truly unparalleled. I want to talk about two people here, one's name is Tapas and I can't remember the name of the other one. They take care of the patient's convenience here, to be honest, they are God in human form. I would like to point out some downsides. All the nurses working here are very unprofessional. Do not know good work at all. I would like to mention the name of a nurse, as far as I remember her name is Poulomi, who is really a badass.
