Great gym lot of facilities Very well trained person
I am Nirmal Kumar i was joined before 1month .. trainer are very motivated person all trainer very good support to me.. I gained lots of muscle got good transformation.. guys i recommend to say this come and join to change your healthy life style.
The cardio equipments in this gym are absolute garbage! It's all pretty cheap and assembled parts which aren't robust nor sturdy! The treadmills have a lag in the belt with each step which sometimes causes you to lose balance. It cannot uphold a heavyset person such as myself who is above 100 kgs. The elliptical trainers are all having vibrations in them which in long term use can have adverse effects on the joints. The stationary cycle is broken with regards to seat adjustment and no tall person can use it. The music is unusually loud and somethimes we can't hear what the other person is telling and also it crosses your noise cancelling earphones to reach your ear. I am still giving 2 stars as I haven't used the weights to train and can't comment on them. In my opinion sculpture gym in cumbum has much more better quality of equipments. If you are coming only to do cardio please opt out of Jazz fitness chinnamanur.
Amazing facilities with top fitness trainers , personally I would suggest one who's eager to get fit , they'll definitely motivate ya and travel with ya through your fitness journey , my personal trainer Vignesh was professionally so good and he helped me .
