It's my first experience in gym. Awesome trainer Mr.Anbu master. He can do anything for his clients and he puts full effort for his clients to do workout and encourages us to bring forward. I had been suffering from arm, shoulder & back pain. (Scoliosis - Abnormal curvature in Spine). Had undergone many clinical treatments. But of no use. Decided to have a try at JAZZ gym. Thanks to my personal Trainer Karthiga who understood my health condition, encouraged me, guided me in a friendly way and gave workouts accordingly and strengthend my core muscles. Surprisingly i m now relieved from all my pains. I feel relaxed and confident now. Very good and safe gym for ladies.

Good mix of functional fitness with traditional gym equipment. Lots of space unless you are here in the early morning until 9 am or the evening after 6 pm, there are never too many people which is nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainers are awesome and helpful, they make you feel comfortable. The 45 min training goes super-fast and you really enjoy doing it. Easily the best gym in the city, a great workout atmosphere.

The gyms at metropolitan cities are nothing compared to this one with respect to the equipments available and the trainers. The crowd at the place talks a lot. I've been going to the gym for the past 6 months and my personal trainer one Mr. Ashok knows what he's doing. His professionalism and knowledge is applauded. Overall great place to connect back with your physique and improve your agility.
