Jazz fitness Studio I like this gym which is in theni mainly because of the trainer Arun pandian...he is absolutely a fine trainer who will guide you properly and has lots of patience with new enrols...he is 80+ but absolutely fit and fine...

The Ambience, Location, Parking Facility seems to be attractive. Good place off the city limits. You can have a good Recreation here. A right spot to GYM...

Good gym for transformation and trainers are like friends in training not considering as a temporary outsiders. More PT are available here.

Very good fitness center at Theni, you can achieve your dream body with the help of Coaches as they train you well, especially Mr. Jeyanth Without Pain there is no gain

Pros:- In terms of infrastructure it's the best you can get arnd Theni, Tarrifs start from 2000/ month to 4000 /3 months and around 10000/year It's the best one I could suggest you in terms of equipments , you can use the cardio machines as long as you want and there are many unlike most other gyms in Theni, You have every machines you can dream off to do Bicep tricep chest back leg and even shoulder workouts And some friendly staffs and trainers Here comes the cons : The only issue I find here is they always push for personal training though you clearly state that you can't afford it , I've been going to the gym for 2 months and the general trainers were not helpful at all I was a beginner thought of getting help with form to general trainers but these dudes were so hesitant to even teach you the form so if you're a beginner like me I wouldn't suggest you not to join in here unless you watch YouTube urself and teach yourself the form See it's not wrong on their part it's a business in the end of the day so they'll try to milk money out of you a Personal trainer costs 4000 for 20 sessions and more ... + the gym memberships for 1 month 2000 so it's 6000 for 20 fuc*** days ... bro i swear you'll not go to the gym for 10 days a month so cut that off So get ready to spend 6000 rs a month for personal training I have to give a shout out to some people though Some PTs even help if you go and ask them how to do this exercise or that one but the key thing is you have to go and ask unless you're taking PT no one in the gym would even care to see you . I've personally got help by one dude called Vasanth whose a Personal trainer in here who took body measurements for me and also is approachable when asked for help and I've seen him come in early and leave late unlike others.

Experienced Trainers. Great Ambience. Active involvement of gym with users ensures that they make a good use of it. Availed services of Arun Pandian as personal Trainer. He made sure we do different varieties of workout so that we dont get bored, while giving good results. He had good idea of what to do.
