I visited Hubli on 11/06/2023 and hired a 12-seater tempo traveler from this tour company. I completely got disappointed by the vehicle and the driver and moreover they looted money from me in advance before I physically reached there. I booked traveler for two days but seeing their service I refused to continue and asked refund they offered less amount and when I told they that I will take this issue in consumer court they gave me litter more with the threat of booking police case in hubbly. So, guys beware of this traveler. its look like some kind of scam.

The vehicle condition was so bad that it was shabby from outside and uncleansed from inside. An agent sent driver which don't know other than the Kanada. The driver was not having knowledge of the local places which we already conveyed to agent. The driver even scared us with his driving when we got stuck in a traffic jam. For the safe and pleasant journey of my family I decided to call-off the service in a half day itself and informed to the agent. He sent me only Rs. 3.2 K against my advance of Rs. 11 K. On argument about money, he told the unreal charges and services which I have not availed. On the conditions of not to post bad review over on-line review and with the above-mentioned threat he offered me only Rs. 5 K. I was away from my place and didn't want to take any risk, I kept quiet and took money. Imagine I paid 6K for travel of 60 Km one-way from Hubli railway station to Savadatti Yellamaa temple on an agreed rate of 20 Rs. /Km. Believe me there are so many options locally available to travel interstate as well as around the destinations at a very reasonable rate. The online rates of agents are high and overly charged. Moreover, my advice is, don't give booking advance of Rs. 1K or so, so that even if you don't like service, you will lose small amount. Very big syndicate is there in Karnataka of travel agents which will get activated to stop you from taking other options if you don't agree their terms and conditions if you want to break the deal and this I felt when I was negotiating my refund.
