I am a professional MMA fighter and a competitive footballer. I have suffered a broken back last year. I consulted Jayini. I was able to run again in 5 months. I have had a sustaining knee injury of 3 year old. Multiple torn ligaments, meniscus, depleted bursae, posterolateral corner injury and a cyst. Many professionals suggested reconstruction surgeries, but I am about to get a more cutting edge alternate therapy with PRP etc. The hospital is comparatively affordable for the location. The doctor is very qualifies, from SRMC ; a branded college. Super specialized. The front office is professional and the facility is set.

My wife went to him for knee pains and his diagnosis was not only ineffective but his injections PRP(which was ONLY suggested initially), And later Hyaluronic Acid ( HA for Lubrication was Quietly suggested, which was double the cost but not revealed to us) resulted in very big swelling and pain. HA reaction continued for months along with stiffness. The patient became completely immobile and he kept saying that you will get relief and kept suggesting more complex and expensive tests to evade the problem. The other big problem with Jayini is that he gives these injections without ultrasound / fluoroscopic guidance and sterile (not casual) atmosphere. This resulted in the viscous fluid HA, going to incorrect places and causing reaction. Before treatment we kept asking him on how/where he will give and what he will give, but there was lack of clarity. The entire huge expense with this doctor was NOT only wasted but Negative and Painful. She had to consult another experienced doctor for special procedure to relieve this condition, and also spend a huge sum again. She is somewhat recovering out of the above only now. This doctor also suggests physiotherapy and it involves many visits for family and expensive too. Most doctors fail to accept their mistake and take patient feedback to improve. He even prescribed heavy painkiller POST the injections which counter acts with the PRP treatment effectiveness. All in all, be extremely careful in choosing the right Doctor and clarity of the treatment and its reaction.

I consulted Dr Rammohan for my neck and shoulder freezing issue, he started the treatment with vitamin deficiency and physios and continued the treatment for almost 6 months by giving all possible vitamin supplements. At the end of the day, temporary relief and issue recurred, finally referred to another Dr. Waste of time

I would definitely recommend this clinic for all orthopaedic issues. My mother got her treatment for a sprained ankle and Brother for a ligament tear. Very experienced and a really great doctor.

I visited for shoulder pain. Dr Jayini is thorough and exact in identifying the issue. After tests, my b12 and d levels came out to be low, he suggested getting injection. The staff member administering injection is great, she injects slowly and the process is painless. I also took physiotherapy from mam who works at Jayini Multi Speciality Clinic, she is a great at what she does. I strongly recommend the clinic for people looking for quick and complete relief.
