Jayini Multi Speciality Clinics (Nallagandla) - Medical clinic in Nallagandla - Ranga Reddy, India

I could see little negativity down here . I can't say anything on that and I respect their opinion . Coming to the reality I have visited Jayini Clinic in the year 2022 for a shoulder injury which was critical at that time . I was doing normal exercises which are pretty much basic in the gym . Later I found some pinching pain in my shoulder joint then I had consulted . After careful observation doctor suggested to go for an X-ray. I got that done and he told that there was slight impingement . Later he suggested me to get the blood test done in order to observe the complete body condition. We found that there was vitamin deficiency. Finally , he suggested therapy for 4 to 5 sessions and a year rest to get with basic cardio routine but not weights till it set right . Sir has prescribed few medications during the treatment and post the treatment for life time bone strength and performance. Now the pain is gone and I'm doing good and healthy and my latest record is 100 kg bench press . Which could be normal for other men ... To conclude , when you visit be transparent and honest to get the best results . I can confidently say after visiting so many physicians around the country .He is one of the best doctors in entire India and I would recommend others to spare some time and share your review . Please don't make opinions emotionally. I have recommended two of my friends and they are pretty much happy and fit now. Thank you . Stay healthy and stay blessed .

The experience was not great. I was having issue with my neck and back for several days in spite of doing therapy exercises and topical medication. Visited the doctor to understand the root cause and what actions to be taken for alleviate pain. Doctor would have given detail explanation of the issue and what needs to be done for preventing from happening again. Rather than just writing some medications and injections. If patient understand the root cause/details of issue that will definitely help for faster recovery.

Your response looks the same way as if you are a business man. We get the same reply from business people - You will understand/face consequences if you don't use it. Instead of this business mindset, please try to answer in humanitarian mindset. Also please note that there is nothing wrong in explaining things second time. I will explain the conversation that happened with the doctor and I will tell the reason why I am giving 1 star review. We got delayed by few mins due to traffic. Once we reach the place, we asked for wheelchair since the patient is scared to keep feet on the ground because of pain. What I heard from the clinic that they have only one wheelchair and that is used. I feel this ridiculous. It's Orthopedics clinic and having only one wheelchair does not make sense to me. We got to meet doctor within few mins after some formalities in the reception. The doctor was so nice in the beginning and asked lot of questions. He did prescribe for X-ray and we got it done in the clinic itself in few mins. After X-ray we waited for quite sometime, we went to show it and discuss. He said everything is normal and it was just a sprain which was good. He then suggested some calcium prescriptions two types. Temporary which is for 3 months and the other for longer term. We had our own concerns regarding these additional supplements and not willing until we get more information or clarity around it. So we asked few questions. He started being arrogant and saying words like "I think I have explained everything in detail and in a clear way". That is true sir. Some people will get it and some will not. It's doctor's job to answer the questions promptly. I will never recommend this doctor or clinic to any of my friends or anyone whom I know. I even decided not to back again ever to this one.

Dr.Jayini P Rammohen for Orthopaedic and Dr.Giridhar for Physiotherapy did great job. They identify the root cause and make us understand on how to get it fixed. As part of Physiotherapy, Dr.Giridhar targets the right pain point and give treatment accordingly. They have good equipment for Physiotherapy. Also they have X-Ray and blood tests there itself. Trust me, you will see the difference in first 2-3 days. I would strongly recommend this hospital and doctors.

Had heard good feedback from community about Dr. Jayini. Visited Clinic for My Kids injury. I found Doctors not clear about his diagnosis and very rude when dealing with Parents. He said he doesn't do temporary plaster and only does Permanent, others do it to make money twice. Anybody would be impressed, what an honest person. When performing plaster, he wiped the table with cotton to be applied in inner layer on the plaster, didn't wipe the hand or put any lining inside. I regret not going to a proper hospital. He said this is permanent plaster. Said this will be removed after 15 days. In any case we went after 10 days to get this checked. Straightaway sent for X-RAY and then asked to put another plaster, saying earlier was a temporary one. This was a red flag. We have consulted to other hospital, and have more confidence on the treatment there. Maybe Doctor is good for serious cases, I don't know. Would not recommend for Kids. Specifically, which require any procedure as the staff and clinic is ill equipped. Better go to a hospital.

Pathetic Communication from the lady at reception . I calling to book hand thumb xray for my son and told her I don't have appointment. Once my kids reached there she said without prescription we can't take xray .!!!!. If that was the case she could have informed on the phone itself I would've hassled to book a ride and reach .

Dr. Manasa is outstanding Doctor in every manner. She is like to take care of patients like family member.

We have visited the clinic on May 8. The doctor listened to all our concerns and patiently examined the knees and feet. I completely appreciate the doctor for his clinical diagnosis and the things he had informed me to manage my condition. While we were having consultation, a patient peeked into the the consultation room. The doctor completely remained calm and made sure, we had our questions answered The consultation fee is reasonable and the time spent by doctor was almost ~45 minutes. Thank you doctor for your kind support on understanding the problem. The clinic is appointment based and doctor never tells no to a question asked. We recommend folks around Nallagandla to visit clinic for any ortho related issues.
