Lovely staff at this hotel were helpful and friendly! We had a great driver who helped us out. On the other hand, the rooms were not very clean and the towels and sheets were stained. Also the hotel is quite far from the main tourist streets and it is very dark, narrow alleys to reach the hotel at night. Tuk tuks often would not drop us to the door.

They do not have sufficient staff to offer tea and breakfast in the room. The cost of using the internal kitchen is excessive, and they prohibit guests from bringing in their own food and drinks. and there are no nearby shops available. They also restrict the consumption of outside food and drinks. The swimming pool is in very bad condition.water of pool is very dirty Overall experience with the Jaydurg hotal is like 1 star hotel . The Manager Shankar Is not have any experience in the hotel industry he don't have any idea how to attand customers I visited udaipur so many times have alot of good experience but this time it's was pathetic. I booked for 2 days but checked out in 1 day booking only . I paid RS 5200 for 3 small rooms & extra Rs 500 for 1 extra matress. Overall very bad experience after Expanse Rs 6000 for 1 day

Location of the hotel is not good. It is app 1.5 km from road inside th small streets. Though, hotel claims to arrange pickup and drop from a particular point from Barahmpole but traveller has to make no of phone calls and weight on the road. No auto is reAdy to go inside to drop you at the hotel. Incase some one is ready to go he will charge you somewhere 150 to 200 to drop you at hotel. Nothing is available out side the hotel. you are totally dependent on the hotel for your needs and charges are high. Breakfast given was o. k. and sufficient.
