Jayashree Multi Speciality Hospital - Private hospital in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

My 87 year old Mother was recently admitted after she developed seizures. The treatment provided in ICU initially for 8 days and later for another 8 days in Private ward before discharge were exceptional and they ( all treating Dr's , Nursing staff , support staff and others) took care of the patient very well with utmost dedication. The top Management at MD level showed keen interest in reviewing the progress in Patient's health and extended all possible help when needed.

I had been to this hospital today for endoscopy. I was treated well in the reception and directed to the cash counter before the consultation of doctor. The treatment before entering into the room, the assistance was too harsh by the nurses. they were least bothered to listen what I was saying. After the endoscopy none were bothered to talk about the report. I myself went to the doctor and consulted. I felt that money matters more for them than reacting with the patient.

By name it's a Multi speciality Hospital. But even they will ask a pregnant lady to go out of the hospital and get the Xerox of prescription for scanning. The worst part is the prescription was given by the In-house Doctor. They won't even maintain proper Database also. It's not the Matter of 2 Rs that we spent for Xerox.Its the matter of concern that you have towards your patients and even the cleanliness of the hospital isn't upto Mark.

I really not appreciate this hospital in my life I never have seen like this hospital,few days before I went due to periods issues and heavy stomach pain. since 3 days I had stomach pain ,and since 1month continues bleeding, I went for check up they are nicely taking fee with patients but like that not giving treatment properly,they told me to scan I was scanned it,that doctor told me nothing to worry it will get cure. Easily they told me and they didn't give me one injection and one tablet simply twice taken properly fees that's it .. Bit it's not cured after that ,I went another hospital in that hospital doctor checked that report and told me that I had infection in my bladder and PCOD Problem also there ..... Now only I am telling that is worst hospital they will take only amount that too high charges but treatment is not good .I went to another hospital now I recovered ..

We were referred to Jayashree hospital. My Sister baby was in NICU for some days. Care and support from NICU staff were absolutely great. Especially Nirmala mam and Co-Staffs. We are very thankful to Dr. Nitin for the care given to our children. Thanks for all the staffs and Management.

Good hospital and service Staffs are friendly.. And. Specially insurance process is too good and very fast taken care by Mrs Akhila she is very good at her work and did the best job..
