Jayaram Bakery and Restaurant - Bakery and Cake Shop in Madurai - Madurai, India

We had lunch and dinner from this place a few months back. The dining hall is spacious and they have ample parking space. However, the taste of the food they serve is not on par with the pricing. The bearers are not very enthusiastic either. There was an item mentioned as Madurai special jigarthanda in their menu. As we like jigarthanda, we ordered it and what they served was faluda :). Despite the points I mentioned above, this restaurant gets a good number of footfalls, probably because it is right near the junction and there are no other decent restaurants in the vicinity.

Good place for kids to play and have a spacious parking. Food will be fabulous some time and some times it will be average. Not sure why the difference in food taste. Servers will have very worst attitude only few will be pleasing. Bakery items will be very good, as I'm a lover of their puffs from childhood.

It's a decent bakery in the locality with reasonable and affordable prices. The restaurant is too big and spacious but lacks a good ambience. Want to quench your hunger with good and tasty food? Want to have a snack at a reasonable price without any compromise in taste? Want to take your family out for a quick bite or a meal? Then it is your spot. Want to have a calm lunch or dinner after a heavy work day? There are better options.

Spacious dining hall and tasty food. Little bit pricey, but a decent restaurant for people on the move as it is strategically located at the Kalavasal Junction with parking facilities. What is lacking is customer focus. Some bearers lack enthusiasm and boring. It's a okay place. The site has a bakery as well.

My kind of Tea. It's really good tea. One of the best in Madurai.

Informed and was waiting more than 15 mins... For tea.. I have not seen this kind worst staffing behaviour.... Atleast someone should respond....I could see 4 more personnel to respond us but they had discussed themselves...

Nice place for bakery items but food items in restaurant are not worth for the quantity and quality. They do not offer much varieties of food, only the common dosa, idly, chapathi items were served. The place has a big parking lot and child play area. Overall an average place only

Tea and snacks are okay here .. you will not find any cooldrinks here and sandwiches are not up to the mark.
