Worst customer care. Keep arguing and shouting.

Good designs and jewellery.Ordered jewelry will never be given on or in time, had to make no. of calls and will make jewelry with extra grams than the previously decided weight and still when the jewelry is finally done they took 2+ hrs just to attached a pearl and give the jewelry antique look which they obviously forgot. They say 10-15days then it became 2 & half months and then 15-20mins to complete the forgetten things yet took 2+ hrs. Never ever gonna visit this place again or suggest anyone to come either.

I go to this jewellery shop from my young age. All my parents and grandparents all cousins and family members always buy in it .they even sell golden biscuits of bank type and they even normal type . We can also choose your favourite design from other online on those all from other online websites and they can order this type for you. If you want they can even give you this in little cheap price. Really it's my family loom. Hope this helps you.

Worst place for purchasing gold. They differed price of gold for a gram before making and after making. When we asked regarding that he disconnected our call. They will promise multiple dates to deliver the item. But they will never deliver until we followup multiple times. Very rude behaviour.

Never vist this shop..trust me..you are going to regret...they never take proper orders..and delivery time is too late..I have placed order for my marriage..they delivered after 2 months of my marriage...Also they are cheating people with little high gold price comparing to other shops..and stone prices are too High...

Poorest customer service. Quite rude and hostile management and staff. I visited them to look for a pair of earrings. But, their behaviour was quite a turn off. They are not keen on showing designs. Also, they're aren't very receptive to customise jewellery if you like something there. There are much better jewellery shops in the lane who know how to put their customers first, will customise pieces and serve you with a smile.

Very arrogant and no respective for customers not even for women. Visited twice for same piece of jewellery price difference is high in second day. Don't visit this shop.

Rude and Worst response, I have recently visited and made an order , people seem to be nice while ordering and promised that they will deliver in 10 days so paid the amount as well, they couldn't deliver in 60 days as well , I had to chase every week for an update , Thier response is not polite rather it's rude and worst finally they returned money not the product . He says it's common for them and they don't deliver to 10%of order's, I wonder how they survive if they don't value 10% customers .. just don't count on their words.
