I was quite a bit apprehensive after reading a few reviews. I had booked! No way to rethink. But the rooms are quite alright, and as some others have already stated, the food is good, and even a non veggie like me is quite okay with it. The service is warm and friendly. The rooms are not all that modern or well 'fitted up' But considering the rates, the area to be maintained, the occupancy in the bar and restaurant, I am very much on the management side. I doubt this is even profitable!! The place is well maintained, the rooms and bathroom is quite clean. Unlike even a high end much more expensive star rated hotel, the bath towel is ironed and smells great. I like that Don't expect anything wonderful Good food, clean rooms and friendly folks If you are okay with just these, you'll be okay too

Nice n quiet location.They tried hard to make feel at Heritage site. I loved the morning buffet. Very decent South Indian and continental option. Won't say lavish but kind of enough to taste and fill as a brunch.

Rooms are very good and spacious. Parking is available there. We loved their menu items as well. Their lunch buffet was superb too. Staff is very helpful and courteous. A highly recommended place for a nice vacation and stay. The prices are reasonable too.

It was a total disappointment staying in this hotel. I thought I could enjoy a stay in a palace but rooms are not in the palace but on an extension building. The location of the hotel looks like a very lonely and moody place. Nothing to do in or around the hotel. The food was expensive and quantity was very less. Rs 500+ is charged for breakfast but number of items in the buffet is very less and taste was not good either. On second day even the buffet was missing and we can order only to the table from a very limited option. Policies like, not allowing visitors in to the room, long gap between checkin and checkout timings etc are big turn offs
