We ( myself & wife) are Senior citizens and after trying with 3/4 Yatra services, we chose Jayalakshmi Yatra Service on the recommendation of my bankers for a Yatra to Andhra 5 years back. The conduct of the yatra was excellant - on all counts viz., travel arrangements, swami darshan at temples, hotel, food, co ordination, treatment, etc, After that we have gone with them for over 17 yatras in India, Nepal and Srilanka. We felt homely with them. Mr Raghu, proprietor and his team have as their goal of providing best darshan of Gods to their yatris. Commercial goal is found secondary in them. We are extremely happy with their divine services. Let their services be continued is our prayers.

Responsible tour operators. Cancellation policy is exceptional. Owner and managers are friendly and well experienced. We will feel at home with them.Above is our experience with them in three yatras in 2022and2023. We participated in Karnataka yatra in July 2023.From day three of our yatra there was heavy rain.Still all the places were covered.Eventhough SRS tours deluxe AC bus was engaged there was leakage inside the bus making us highly uncomfortable. Food wasn't as good as in previous yatras. May be something unusual with oil used for cooking.Eventhogh Ramesh Sivam Swami is very good and exceptional at explaining the places of yatra he needs more experience in arranging places for enroute food supply.We firmly hope that above shortcomings will be set right in future.

According to changed circumstances everybody needs privacy while occupying rooms.. It means good sleep and earlier or later rise from bed depends upon their conveniences. Hence it is suggested that famlily sharing or single occupancy of rooms may be allotted to pilgrims. Any escalation of price on account of this,the same may be mentioned in tour packages itself.
