Service advisor is good. Communicated well. I didn't like the concept of Tips. Tips for Mechanic, for car cleaning. Hope labor charges are meant for covering some of these. If you want to do this, make it as a component in Bill. I'm not worried about paying it. Worried about the habit of expecting from everyone.
Received call from showroom to avail servicing, in last moment I was given location than only I realised it's a new showroom and not related to existing Durga motors anantpur. No proper infrastructure related to servicing yet set up . No availability of spare parts . To my utter dismay I was charged Rs530 for airfilter and untrained service guys didn't replace the old one . I found unopened airfilter lying in dickey after reaching my home . After making several calls I was told to visit nearby showroom n get it replaced. Very poor car washing service.
