Very good hospital with excellent super specialists.. All staffs including doctors, nurses and others are well behaved and very coperative. Maintaining absolute cleaningness and hygiene... They all treat the patient like their family. All gastro staff are very polite and humble ....best care provide by staff and incharge in gastro ward .......very statisfied by hospital and specially staff .....doctors are very good nd incharge very helpfull..
Worst hospital. No doctors on round. The staff is not cooperative and does not even have the common sense to talk. They just shout and do not even have the courtesy to think about the patient's suffering. They can't even manage to give medications on time to the admitted patients. Also, during the final discharge they'll add the treatments that are not even given to the patient in the bill. There is no option to give negative rating here otherwise would have surely given that.
One of the worst hospital i have ever seen in my life. All they care is about their money... Irresponsible management especially their security gaurds, they misbehave with everyone... At the end all i want to say that (sorry to say) if you want to kill your patient then please keep your patient at your home he/she will die peacefully in surrounding with their loved ones.
Such a horrible behavior by ENT Dr.DS Jadaun. Seems to be impatient n short tempered instead he should be polite as the patient is already suffering. I felt so deplorable. Was my first and last visit to such doctor.
Bad hospital and very bad experience of this hospital. Emergency staf and senior doctor miss behaviour to pesents . The behavior of the doctors is very wrong in this hospital, they do not talk properly with the operation and they say that we will not use any outside test and any outside medicine here, generic medicines are used in this hospital. You will not get the medicine which your doctor has written on the paper, a generic medicine will be given in its place. Yes, according to the court, this medicine is correct but that medicine is generic and when we already have the medicine, then the doctors say that we will not use this medicine, we do not allow any medicine from outside.

Poor quality / cheap staff. All receptionist and related staff behaviour is rude. Doesn't have knowledge even seems they don't know basics of medicals. Seniors are only business minded. Just focusing on money. Not recommend to go.
Overall treatment is good, Doctor behaviour also good. I am satisfied about all the hospital facilities. But you have to improve your employees communication skills.
Trust me they've developed their own city ...just saying but yeah well arranged things different section for everything.. OPD, IPD, Naturopathy, Yog Panchkarma...and many more with good hygiene
