Very Bad PG Owner Behaviour Is very Bed I suggest Shouldn't go there again Food Quality Is Third Quality

worst place to live in rajkot never go there because the owner's behaviour is very bad

Actually I was in Jay residency for about 8 to 9 months, i was in the DEEP house of Jay residency there the monthly was very much costly (i.e 10000 per month) in the starting days it was comfortable to manage and coordinate with the owner, but after some time they never listen to anyone. The food quality is the worst (if you will complain about food quality to the owner then he will directly ignore it), the room cleaning was not at the appropriate time, they are usually very dusty and unclean. After some time the wifi connection was disconnected and there was no alternative to that. The cape of the Terris water tank was opened and one bird was dead in that water tank in which we were using water. The room was having the problem of leakage from the rooftop, because of that we have managed. I WILL SUGGEST YOU TO TALK ALL ABOUT THE FACILITIES FROM OWNER AND THEN ONLY JOIN THIS PG, BECAUSE AFTER THAT THEY NEVER LISTEN TO YOU.

Me pehla 2 years Hiteshbhai k pg me hi tha.very good food n services.than after transfer to other location bt I leave Hiteshbhai good pg. I asked my Company HR to give me transfer to Rajkot only to stay in Hiteshbhai's PG for good Food & service as there was no good pg in Jamnagar. Bt present time food is worst again I leave pg.take decisions wisely guy's

Not suggesting from the point of view of food. Food was good but now It isn't. Zero coordination from the owner. Also costliest pg I have ever seen in Rajkot. Choose wisely guys..

Sometimes 'Dada' (kaka- Name Kantilaal) who is guard here can irritate you. That sometimes becomes my everytime. Service is good. Electronic items are not allowed (although u can keep them & hiding them from the owner's hawk eye, just like I do). Best part -> No boundation of time. Anytime u can get in & go out.

Employee hostel, twin sharing, small room but clean and neat, provide breakfast and dinner only, dinner is worst...

Food is excellent.It is too healthy and good in quality.There is a facility of lunch and dinner only.Hostel rooms are good.But not excellent.
