I have been a regular customer of this parlour since really long time and earlier it was good in terms of services and everything but the staffs there now are not well trained and don't bother to care for the services they provide. My mother went for her eyebrows and the lady there was least bothered to remove extra hair on her face and put a lotion or cream after the threading was done. There was also lot of cuts on my mother's eyelid as it was done in rush though there was no crowd in the parlour to rush for.

I am very much satisfied by their service.Jaya ma'am is simply fabulous. May God give their business the more wider spread with goodwill and good fortune. Thank you Javed Habib. Looking to visit you soon.

Expectation and reality is very different... makeup artist should listen whatever client says... especially in eye makeup. Everytime eye makeup is same and not so good. First you should listen and understand what client are trying to say and what your client actually want. Everything was fine but eye makeup was terrible and i paid 12k for that In eye makeup smokyeye is common please try something else sometimes. Because i don't like smoky eye makeup and i told you 10 times don't do smoky eye but you did exactly same thing what I don't want on my face that was unexpected and disrespectful. Also they kept gossiping about one of their staff Anjali. How unprofessional

Very disappointed. Didn't find as good as Jawed Habib should be. Hair stylist seemed unprofessional. The way the hair stylist was holding the scissor thats very much like local barber shop over the street. I won't mention the name of the stylist. Although he argued with me over his own mistake. Which is too bad. Probably I'll never visit this parlour again.

They say different and charge different. The girl just dropped the spatula dipped in hot wax on my face and was laughing like nothing happened .

Unhygienic! They don't use the right products (the ones you pay for), nor do they use clean brushes. The makeup artist was busy talking on the phone the entire time she was on the job. The receptionist (Surbhi) prefers you to trust them with the work but trust this review and do not fall prey.

I'm afraid my review is going to be fairly critical. The place suffers from serious hygiene issues, failing to offer the standard cleanliness one would expect. The high prices they charge are simply unjustifiable, given the level of service they provide. Staff shortage compound the problem further. Instead of maintaining smooth operations, the management seems to be constantly struggling to cope. The inconvenience caused by the lack of vital supplies is very frustrating. All in all, the experience has been quite disappointing!
