1st time there was some issue in my hair treatment by Mr. Tanmoy.. He is so talkative and his work is very low quality.. He begs for the good review... Then they had shown concern and had given another treatment free of cost...I'm very much satisfying by the work of somnath da... He had taken care of my hair very well... I have been a customer of jawed habib madhyamgram since they were on the city mall building . I visited their branch today which is opposite to pc Chandra in madhyamgram and I must say it is horrible .the previous staffs were friendly and accommodating. I already had a word over call that I want to take smoothening service .when I went to their parlour their staff was literally forcing me to take expensive packages of 10000 or 7000 without gst .I politely denied first that I only want one service but he was constantly after mr to take those expensive packages .being a customer I guess I have the choice to decide which service I would like to take .Also he literally said that my hair can't take smoothening and it won't work on my hair and I should go for 7000 or 10000 package only without gst . That's pathetic .Also on-call they told me a different price and when I went the staff Said it's not possible .there is no co ordination among them .also as a customer I guess I should have the choice to select which service I would like to opt for . Had a horrible and worst experience today in jawed habib madhyamgram. Won't recommend at all.
Have done spa n smoothening from here in the recent times, the results on both the occasions were very good. Special thanks to my hair-dresser, Mr Tanmoy, for taking such good care in repairing my hair. Keep up the good work
