Pathetic experience. I went for my hair smootheting treatment and after 2 days i went to wash my hair and they did blow dry that time my hair was looking very good but next day after taking shower I noticed left side of hair not looking straight they are looking curly it's because that 2 hair expert doing my hair one is left and the another one is right. The one who is doing the left side of my hair not doing his work properly. I paid 6.5k for smootheing and 1.5k for dandruff treatment total 8k.I will never visit this brunch again
I visited there for the second time and had a pathetic experience. But when visited for the first time I got a super hair cut as I expected and may be it was because of the hair dresser. 2 nd time experience was quite horrible. I spent there a huge amount because of hair colour and spa. The hair dresser seemed to be inexperienced.. didn't know anything about hair colour. I paid them 3k for 15 mins hair spa. I never visit this branch again.
What a pathetic service. just disgusting. They have zero idea about haircut. I will rate this lesser than an ordinary service. they dont have basic skill set like eyebrows or chopping hair. Not sure why are they keeping such disgusting stuffs who has no idea but pathetic service, bad haircut. charges are high.

I went there for my mother's hair color...first of all they do not have all the shades... moreover after choosing a certain shade from what they have... they are providing expired products hair color(wella professionals hair color mfd: 2018 which is expired in 2023)...kindly do check the mfd before using anything on your skin

The haircut and spa was really awesome. We really loved the service. My hair was very damaged but she really transfered it into real Shiney and silk hair. We love the behavior of the employees too. It's really awesome
