I liked the hair cut and end result. However, they push too much for hair wash and read customer's comfort. They don't understand how different hair textures work. They pull and tug curly hair a lot.

I was extremely satisfied with the services I got. Ruchi was great with facial and massage. She explained every thing patiently. Ahmad did hair spa. Head massage was great. He explained everything very patiently. I highly recommend this salon. I will certainly come back.

Pathetic service and staff... The staff is full of amateur teenagers having no experience or authority. The owner lives in the USA and they have no power to control anything. If you ask for anything they will say the owner is not here we can't help you. But they have all the authority to take any price they want. I advise not to go there. They are running the place in the name of Identity salon and falsely claim that they have tied up with javed habib salon.

Bad Hair cut, non experience staff specially mail staff for female hair cut. I'm so much angry

Had a hair cut. They have a good team. Fast, efficient, good work. Place is sanitised and safe, no crowd, all precautions taken.

I asked for a simple haircut but ended up with a cut that can't be worn at all. There is no style and I didn't know what to make of my hair. The stylist wouldn't listen to any requests and tried to assert his own ways. I had to go for a second haircut. Won't be going to the parlour again.

Management if u cant afford male hair dresser alteast hire someone who can do her job well.... janet is worst hair dresser, not sure even if she is trained... warning... never ever take a chance to let janet touch your hair ...

Horrid. I decided to get gel nail.art it from their jungpura saloon.( on 29th September)Within 3,4 days the crystals fell off entirely from one finger and then some from another. And now after 8,9 days the polish started chipping. They tell me they did a favor by not charging me for putting crystals which in the very first place should have NEVER come out. It's just I live close by so could go back otherwise I would have been walking with half designs. And now they want to charge me for correcting the chip Ed plush. Never have I ahd GEL polish come off so quickly. It is utterly disappointing I am never going back here. They need to check out other saloons and know the art of gel nail art. I say this with confidence because I a have gotten nail art done many times before from other non Habib places.
