Their towels stink.. and they don't sanitise their products.. I had to specifically ask them to not share pedicure manicure tools with another client also, there are lice on their hairbrushes..

My keratin and dandruff treatment was done by Mr. Shiva, a professional hair stylist. I'm immensely happy with my keratin treatment. Blow drying was the best part. After blow dry I can clearly see the beauty of the keratin treatment. It was really amazing. I loved it. I would highly recommend him, if you're visiting Jawed Habib, Banjara hills branch.

Javed Habib is only a brand name now, they don't have qualified hair dressers. Experience: I have curly hair and steep feather cut is difficult to manage. So I showed pictures of what I want (trim and all round step cut with two small steps) and what I DO NOT want (too much shortening or feather cut). I got EXACTLY the opposite of what I asked i.e. 4-5 inches chopped from front to give gradual feather cut, flat u-shape from back - NO STEPS. Even the other hair dressers gathered around me to apologize for the mistake they fixed the lopsided haircut but didn't how to do a step cut. Instead they gave me a discount of Rs 200. Conclusion: Javed Habib is hiring unqualified hairdressers and making profit by paying them less and charging customers more for brand name. DO NOT TRUST them for curly haircut.
