The credit for these 5 stars goes to Ganesh. He is amazing at his work n has got MAGICAL hands. No one can beat him when it comes to hair. He understands the Hair type and then gives the suggestions accordingly. All the staff are passionate about their work. The products which are being used are explained with reasons as to why they had been chosen, before applying. My hair feels flawless and astonishing.The salon really has a lovely atmosphere. Services were very exceptional. The ambience of the place is very pleasing.

The service is extremely pathetic. Not all hairdressers are well trained for haircuts and spas. In case of any dissatisfaction, there's a sudden change of attitude in the receptionists and the staff. Overall on mere brand name the services would be great one can't guarantee.
Good staff, well trained, nice behaviour. Had amazing experience with them while hair smoothing of 2 days and in that with 4 to 5 hours without any boredom

Satisfied. The staff is cooperative and suggests what is good for you. I went for basic clean up done by Urmila, my skin is sensitive but she took care of it while selecting the products. Overall good experience!
