The worst experience ever in my life at a clinic. We booked an appointment to consult Dr. Sathish (Gastroenterology) and we were told that our appointment time was at about 12.45. Notably, we were also told that the doctor will be available as long as the patients are there at the clinic and he would not wait for the latecomers. We reached earlier than said and asked at the reception whether the doctor was in when it was our appointment time. We then asked to wait for another 15 minutes which was OK with us. But it repeated until it was 1.45. We then cancel the appointment and returned home. The attitude and the response by the reception was not acceptable. But, that was OK when I compare it with the attitude of the so called doctor who came after we cancelled our appointment and we were set to leave the place after 1 hour waiting. When we saw the doctor entering the premises we just told him that we had been waiting for more than an hour he just turned his head and walked away paying no heed. The same experience we had before also with this doctor. Because of that reason and his attitude made me write this review.
