We booked a cab for full day tour of Amritsar from Jwala travels, our experience was excellent!! The car was in a very good condition, neat and clean, the driver was polite and agreed to all our requests. It was a really stressfree experience. We travelled with Jawala Taxi services, by an Innova car, from Amritsar to Dalhousie, Khajjiar and Dharamshala between 3rd and 9th June 2023. We found the service both economical and professional. Mr. Raj kumar and his team (Driver Honey) is very good and caring in our recent trip (Dec 2022) to Amritsar. We booked them for Airport pick up and site seeing for 2 days in and around Amritsar. They are punctual and good in communication . I would recommend to anyone to avail their services.

Booked cab online with jwala tours ,got cab on time and well maintained car. Driver was also very good in terms of driving skills but i faced lot of issue on sight seeing Initially while booking cab online i have asked them what all locations of a city will get covered and they simply mentioned all local sight seeing are included and at time of travelling when i asked driver to take me to so and so location they keep on saying its not in out local sight seeing , also they follow their own iternary they will only follow the itenary which will save their kms to optmise their saving. I have booked cab for 7 days and they have trip of 740 kms .most if the locations were denied saying its not covered under local sight seeing or they will say its not worth to visit . Only thing if u want to opt for jwala travels ,get clear details which all places will be covered then only they will get it covered,else u will also regret like me.
Mr Harpal was a caring and helpful driver who was punctual and always concerned for our safety throughout He took the time to introduce us to various parts of Amritsar as well which was something we appreciated deeply
