Nice school with a great infrastructure with lots of open space. Position at a nice place far away from pollution of city in the middle of village surrounded by green area. They have hostel for both boys and girls and also have a canteen inside.
its more than a school , its an emotion. being navodayan. it is the term used for those who studies /studied here. with a very big compound here stands the most beautiful buildings which are shaping future of those studying there 24x7. talking about the looks, it surpasses any other government schools in the country. and about the education, it shapes a student's all round development. its a residential type school providing schooling, residence, food and every other thing needed for a good ife for zero cost(fully free).
As being JNVian ( UDALGURI ) I would like to give a overview of JNV UDALGURI, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) are a system of alternate schools for gifted students in India. They are run by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, New Delhi, an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Education, Government of India. JNVs are fully residential and co-educational schools affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi, with classes from VI to XII standard. JNVs are specifically tasked with finding talented children in rural areas of India and providing them with an education equivalent to the best residential school system, without regard to their family's socio-economic condition. This is the best school in Udalguri District. Have very good academic environment and teachers are highly qualified, Supportive & Freindly in nature . The main objective of school is all round development of their students. So don't bother about future of your children it will be safe and secure :) When you will first join the School You may cry. But when you will leave you will definitely cry. Their you meet peoples as a strangers but leave as a family. You will always remember your 7years of JNV LIFE for whole life. I'm from 9th batch ( 2014-2021)
One of the best Institute with lots of facilities for students. Very friendly Environment.Natural beauty exist here. Professors are supporting & cooperating one.Yes of course dedicated towards studies & work,they are very serious for Education. approx teacher and students ratio is 1:10.And Best cooks + food compared to other jnv.Thank you jnv udalguri for every thing.
It is found that the location of the school is aesthetically nearby the mountain scenery. It is also nearby the Bhairabkundo-Udalguri road. Like the every other jnv academic block,it has also the same structure of academic building. However, inside the toilet, the wall between the pee is pathetically small. A normal person will barely able stand in between them. Apart from that the door of the toilets were broken abruptly. Whoever did that it's time to bring some common sense within you. You should respect the public properties. And now if you see the residential buildings, they are not in a proper alignment. The playgrounds are comparably smaller than some other jnvs. Whatever it is, you must love your school and obligations to keep your school beautiful and clean is crucial.
A very beautiful residential central school with lots of infrustructures. Still there is need of other facilities like more hostel for newly admitted students, concritised hostel wall, well maintained playground.
