My spouse after a Total Knee Replacement surgery on her both legs had to avail the service of Mr. Javad as she was striving hard to get back her normal movement despite doing routine exercise advised from the hospital. Mr .Javed's 10 days therapy gave her extremely impressive result. Had wonderful therapy sessions. Need not had to leave my home for any of the sessions and he preinformed of any time changes, and was always on time. Was quite wonderfully well behaved and knowledged. Imparted details of the ailment which was quite easy to grasp on. Would give all stars as rating, which he truly deserves.

Our experience was not so good. It was for my mom, the physiotherapy sessions started off well. But after a while, in the middle, he stopped the treatment. We followed up but he gave random reasons, probably he would have got new patients at proximity to his home. We have to find a new therapist now and is very difficult to start over again. This was completely unprofessional and unexpected, especially considering the premium he charges per session. Not recommended! Thanks for replying - it would have been much better if we had this conversation over phone before you decided to discontinue the treatment abruptly. 1- Mom is doing better now, thanks. 2- I did not call you for two weeks - we took your service until the treatment is complete. There is no reason for us to take a treatment for 2 weeks which is clearly not enough in this case. 3- The only arrangement you have asked was to increase the height of the bed using bricks, which I did not do because of safety concerns, instead I have provide a pillow to serve the purpose by increasing the height of sitting position. You did not ask for any other changes or facilities. 4- We are taking care of her the best we could- we could not help much especially because of the pain you mentioned, This is exactly why we requested for a professional service. 5- The premium I mentioned is about the extra I have paid to take care of your travel expenses to home and also in comparison with other physiotherapy services available around. I am grateful of the service you provided. I found your contact from Google and I felt it's fair for me to provide my feedback here based on my experience. Physiotherapy sessions were done at home, Javad sir was very punctual, knowledgeable person and had a very professional approach. It was very comfortable to associate with him. The treatment was taken for back and leg pain and the results were noticeable within 2-3 sessions. Exercises required were also adviced and practiced.
