Very bad service center (Jassi Hero), mechanics dont know about the bike properly, service supervisor is not supportive and speacially the owner is also not supportive even knowing that there was a mistake done by their staff but still he denied. Go for a better service center if you really want to a good service experience. Complaint already shared with you directly but you denied to support.

Staff is not cooperative. I purchased a bike from jassi hero agency dated on 02/07/2023. I belongs to a firozabad district so i was unable to attend agency again for receive no plate and file for submitting rto FIROZABAD. But i sent a relatives to receive no plate and file staff asked for sale letter at that time i was in office so i tell a sale letter no for checking details. But staffs clearly decline and refused to cooperate. I am very unsatisfied with this jassi hero agency.
