Jason Ladies Hostel - Girl's Hostel in Tiruchirappalli - Tiruchirappalli, India

IM A MALAYALEE AND ALL THE MALAYALEES COMING TO TRICHY BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was residing in Jason Hostel, Kumaran Nagar Trichy from 4th May 2023 to 5th June 2023. I came to Trichy for doing my Ph.D. in ICAR -NRCB.On the 5th of June 2023 morning when the warden saw me she asked me to pay the fee for the month of June. I joined Jason Hostel on 4th May 2023, so by June 4th it is 1 month. When I joined the hostel, I paid a fee of Rs 12,000+ Rs 4,000 as a caution deposit, by the middle of May, I informed the warden that I'm dropping my Ph.D. so I'll be vacating the hostel by 9th June. So that time she told me that anytime you can vacate but you won't get back the caution deposit. And on 5th June 2023 Monday I talked to the MD of Jason Hostel regarding the matter and he told me that since I haven't been informed about vacating the hostel one month before they cannot give me back my caution deposit but as I want to stay there till 9th June, I have to pay Rs 6,000. I told the warden that I don't have the money with me right now my father will come on 9th June and settle things. But she told me that today itself I have to pay otherwise I have to pay the fine also. Then she started to torture me regarding this. So then I thought about vacating the hostel without informing,that day itself and by 3.25 pm I started shifting my luggage to my friend's house. I shifted my luggage in my scooter itself as I wanted to empty the fuel. I had 8 bags so by 7.30 pm I finished shifting, but I forgot to take my mobile charger from the hostel so I thought of going there again, take the charger, and tell them that I'm vacating by then it was already late and I was tired. By 9.30 my mom called me and told me that the warden called my parents telling them that I have taken my roommate's jewelry and they have complained to the police. I called the warden she told me to come to the hostel and deal with the problem it was around 11.30 pm then. It was raining heavily then I drove my scooter on the way I saw the night patrol police and I informed them about the whole situation they came along with me to the hostel. At that time only the warden is telling that she just made up the whole story as I did not inform her that I'm vacating. My roommate was not even aware of such an issue. I think my roommate was a genuine lady, she is a govt officer, so I wanted to tell her that the warden has made a false accusation and she mentally harassed me and my parents in the name of lost jewelry of her. And fearing this the warden didn't allow me to talk to her. I am totally disappointed by the cheap behavior of the wardens. I don't know how long they will run this hostel keeping such cheap uneducated staff. That long hair warden thinks that she can do anything and simply makes false accusations against innocent people. How can anyone tolerate such behavior? How can we stay here safely? Very money-minded people. Initially they act good but they do all sorts of cheap things to take money from you just as we see in some Tamil movies. They are charging huge amount and the quality of food is very bad too. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A SINGLE STAR...I HAVE ALREADY FILED A COMPIED AGAINST THEM, BUT TAMIL POLICE..I REALLY DON'T TRUST THEM...BUT IF IT WAS IN KERALA, THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A CRIMINAL ISSUE AND THE WARDEN WOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THE CRIMINAL OFFENCE

Worst lady ....shobana...didnt refund my caution deposit...I had called many times to ask my money...she didn't repay that...worst lady warden I have ever seen in my life...she always open our room when we are not there...and used to take things....and always complaint us that we are not keeping room clean ...worst warden SHOBANA... uneducated lady

Worst owner.....pakka fraud mentality person......worstest warden.... always complaint us that we are not punctual... for money they even go for hell...money minded gumbal.... FRAUD...they don't gave our caution deposit... people don't be fool.... Don't waste ur money here.... 3000 rs they didn't refund me....poriki warden

Happy to share a good review about a home away from home. My stay in this hostel since July was exceptionally good as the management strives hard to provide a clean space to reside, healthy food and yummy snacks(Special mention about my favourite urad dhal vada) to eat and a supportive environment with the much appreciated security. The infrastructure caters to upgradation of skills with awesome personalized space for learning, entertainment and relaxation with yoga separately. The warden who would firmly assure the need to be safe, The canteen staff who pack the lunch with care, A security who is concerned about the safe parking of my vehicle add up to the credits of this hostel. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to the management, staff and inmates of Jason Ladies Hostel.

Great ambience and with all facilities. They are highly reasonable and affordable for women and girls looking for an accommodation to pursue their education. Very welcoming staff and persons in charge. The rooms are spacious and the place is secure for everyone. Highly recommended. Wouldn't find a place such as this in the area elsewhere.

One of the best ladies hostel in town. I was very impressed by the ambiance and friendly nature of the staffs.The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned,free wireless internet and also the food is hygienically homemade.To board a bus you just need to walk a few meters away and you can find all kind of shops within the neighborhood. So its a thumbs up for me if your searching for a luxurious come affordable hostel.

We can be very safe here and they provide excellent care. We can not always say bad things about cleaning, security and responsibility, the rent will be higher depending on the features of your room.
