Great ambience. Has great views over pool. Breakfast spread was really expansive and good quality. Service is excellent. Serves both local and all other cuisines. Local food tastes authentic. Dosas, Appam and the kerala curries all were very authentic and great taste. Had a great experience.

Such a bad experience. Am very sad to put such a review. Am calling Taj restaurant team from morning, they just pick the say hi and something. When I started asking my query they just cut the call, first I thought it may be signal problem but it was not, they can hear me properly, they just disconnect deliberately, I was very polite with them even after they disconnected my call several times , just to book dinner buffet for my family get-together. But this have to be cleared, this is not hospitality. Such a big brand should not put such idiots in reception. They should be atleast capable of answering the customer queries. I don't know that reception lady name, such a rude person.. very bad experience

Excellent multi-cuisine restaurant with a full spread. Local preparations are very good. A full laid out buffet is also a stand out. Can try local kerala plus conti plus italian or north indian. Great staff led by Pragati, Tanisha, Venkatesh and Krishna. Excellent service and very warm and courteous service.

It's a Taj property, and wouldn't disappoint you...food, service, ambience are all perfect...if you are lucky, you may also get treated to superb live music!

During our stay in Taj Green Cove Resort, we had all our meal in Jasmine Bay Restaurant..Amazing location.. Poolside restaurant, overlooking backwaters and sea..Great views..Dinner with candle light.. Food was delicious ... affectionate and most caring staff..

The ambience was amazing and the food was very nice. But the amazing service that was expected of Taj hotels and their restaurants was sorely missing. The food arrived very late and the servers were quite tardy in bringing us basic items like forks/glasses. Some of our dietary restrictions weren't adhered to when bringing our food even after telling them about it. Average experience.

Jasmine Bay Restaurant is one of the restaurant in Taj Kovalam. The key attraction of this restaurant is that the restaurant is beside their pool area facing the beautiful Arabian sea. serene view. Soothing to your eyes and soul. The staffs are very polite humble and supportive. I went their along with my 10month old to celebrate my husband's birthday. Staffs were more than ready to make my angel feel comfortable by getting her appropriate baby chair and cushions. The food is as good as the view and the hospitality.

The best part of about Jasmine Bay in Taj Kovalam is the amazing view. It's a multi cuisine restaurant serving food from around the world. you can sample an array of flavours that are markedly different from one another!
