My mother was admitted to Jaslok for a small surgery. I'm really impressed with overall ease in all the processes, starting from admission to billing and TPA insurance. Staff is very polite and helpful. We had taken Class-A single occupancy room and it was pretty good. I must mention that the food served was tasty and filling. All the doctors and nurses we interacted with, were patient and guided us with all our concerns and queries. Overall, I'm happy with the experience and thankful to the entire team for their services.

I visited Jaslok for full-body Health checkup. The receptionist cum guide is very nice and makes it convenient to follow the procedures. The check ups experience is also good. My only issue is the whole maze of lifts and stairs. Out of the time spent in hospital, 50% was waiting for lifts and in transit between the checkup labs.
The doctor's here are very good and highly educated, Even their team is truly exceptional. We highly recommend Jaslok Hospital considering their expertise !! The doctors, nurses and the supporting staff including the security are really supportive and kind. The staff is very helpful and extremely polite. Hospital is very clean, laundry & linen is so hygiene and as white as five star.. We couldn't be more satisfied with the care provided here.
