Jash Villa - Hotel in Daman, Marwad - Daman, India

We have had a TERRIBLE experience staying here. Being one of the only few pet friendly properties in the area, we booked a row house at this property and I'm extremely disappointed with the service that we received. The row houses have no gates around the periphery, just a low boundary wall. For a pet friendly place, that is unsafe. There was no running water in the house anywhere. The bathrooms are in bad shape. The linen was stained. The biggest turn off however, is that the staff just makes themselves unavailable and is unresponsive. The food is strictly mediocre too. We have repeatedly tried to reach the owner with our feedback but have been ignored. In all, it has been a poor experience. I would not recommend this property at all.

This is a nicely located villa suitable for 2 or 3 families Get-together or fun trip. We were twelve persons in two suits on first floor. Not exactly facing to the see but has greenery around it. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Good attention to cleanliness. Uniformed attending staff. Hot water and towels provided. Good furniture. Service is provided from 8.30 till 23.00 hours. BYOB. Fridge. Gas stove. The vegetable food was good. Nice menu for snacks.

Just two days back I was at Jash villa for the fifth or sixth time. We usually do one day trip ( No night stay). Positive points of this place is 1.the stone throw distance of the new costal road. 2. They are very flexible and customise your requirements. 3. Can bring outside drinks as per your choice. 4. Even they make preparations of the sea food if you give them raw material. 5. They pay attention on your requests and make the food as per your taste . 6. Owner Kaushal Bhai and his sons are good hosts and even at the time of booking give you proper guidance to select the food menu. Overall my experience is a satisfactory one. Rates too are reasonable against the service provided. But I have always visited it in a group of around 40 to 50 people. So can not describe my view for night stay.

I recently stayed at Jash Villa in Nani Daman, and while it's a decent villa-type resort, there were a few drawbacks to the accommodations. While there is one big villa on the actual compound of Jash Villa, they have taken some private smaller 3-bed villas on the lane leading towards the actual venue, and this can accommodate more than 40 people in total. I was staying in one of the smaller 3-bed villas, and while it was spacious, some of the rooms didn't have proper air conditioning, which made for a somewhat uncomfortable stay. Additionally, there were no hand sprays in any of the bathroom toilets, which was a bit inconvenient. The two bedrooms on the upper floors were connected to each other and shared a bathroom, and the lower bedroom was actually a double bed in the living room. There is a full kitchen available, and another bathroom on the ground floor, so there are two bathrooms in total. However, it's worth noting that we visited in March '23 and there were a lot of mosquitoes, which made spending time in the open lawn uncomfortable. On the positive side, the food and service were good, and the owners were very helpful and accommodating to any requests. The staff at the venue was also good. The ambience of the place is nice, and there is parking space for about 10 cars inside the venue itself. Additionally, the new coastal road is just walking distance from the venue, which was convenient. Overall, while there were some drawbacks to the accommodations, I still enjoyed my stay at Jash Villa in Nani Daman. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good, and the location is convenient for exploring the area.

Okay place. The service was mediocre and the food was mediocre too. Actually at breakfast we had to wait for an hour in spite of letting them know we wanted a particular item. Rooms are okay ish. But one good thing is that the owner is not in a rush to concretise the place. Lot of greenery around.

Neat and clean place. Humble Staff . Quick service. Yummy food. 10 members can be accommodated easily. Well furnished and well equipped 2 bedroom villa.
