Japanese Forest - Amusement park in New Town - 24 Paraganas North, India

A great place within the eco park. No extra ticket. But if you go there, feel like you are in Japan. The place is very clean. Just after entering from gate no. 1, take left. It will be 7-10 minutes walk. Recommended to the friends and others. Must go place. One request to everyone, do not throw anything here and there.

Japanese Forest is located in Eco park.Nice place to visit with family and friends. Really enjoyed the evening. There are ponds, monastery, zig-zag bridge, small Buddhas. It has a Japanese Restaurant here. Food is ready good in this Japanese Restaurant.

Japanese forest, located near gate number 1 of eco park, an excellent initiative by Newtown, Kolkata; but it is not of international standard and requires much more development. In the entire garden, I found Japanese script only in one place. A small Buddhist monastery and a restaurant is established in the garden. Few artificial bridges and architectural sculptures help to attract people for photography.

Japanese Forest will give a feeling of being at Japan within your footsteps. In a serene and peaceful environment, the park shares the message of sharing peace and harmony amongst one another. There's a buddist temple inside beautifully hand crafted and eye catchy. A lovely evening to spend with your loved ones.

The Japanese Forest is quite nice and is very picturesque spot.This area has been developed based on the cultural and religious theme of Japan. . . Inside there is a restaurant inside the absolutely stunning Japanese Garden in Eco Park, closest entry gate being Gate No. 1. The food, quality wise, was pretty good. The Lake view is extremely nice specially during and after sunset. Nice place to spend with family and friends.Teenagers, young adults, middle aged people and the elderly. Everyone can appreciate the beauty of this place in their own way.A natural path will lead the visitor through the above elements. The pathway and spaces around will be decorated with plantations that will conceal and reveal specific views of the central pond and other elements. would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and refreshing escape from the city. . . This is one of the best place . In Eco park there are so many things so it tough to finish in one day. In Japanese forest they made a buddhist temple, the famous Japanese tori, laughing buddha's statues and so many things. This place is so beautiful and full of greenary. It represents the Japanese culture so well. This place is so peaceful . Except this Japanese forest there is so many things in Eco park even so many activities like boating, cycling, duo cycling, toy train etc. It's also a very nice place for picnic.

A hint of Japan in Kolkata -can you imagine ? This serene,calm and quiet place amidst lush green ,situated in the heart of Kolkata -eco park ,Rajarhat .There is a small restaurant serves japaneese ,chineese and Indian cuisines as well ,but I think they serve the best sushi in town with reasonable price ,350 INR Per plate -8 sushis.this place is bit crowded during the weekend ,but it has a positive charm which generates you some good vibes .
