Believe me all the good reviews you are seeing are fake. The owner only cares about money. I stayed in this pg for almost 1 and half a year and tbh my experience here was so terrible. If google allows me to give negative rating, I would have given negative infinite.
Service is very poor. Sometimes, we get our dinner at 10:30 pm which is too late for real. For most of the people, it is their sleeping time. Also, if some issue arises then they will take weeks or sometimes even months to resolve it.
Precautions you should take: Don't pay the fees in advance because under any circumstances if you want to leave the pg in middle. Then you are not getting your refund instantly. You will have to call him millions of times and half of the times he will decline the call.

As an IIM student interning in the city, I found the perfect PG! The facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. There were all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for fellow interns and students alike!

Nice PG which we got at right time in ahmedabad.Our owner has answers for all solutions. Nice apartments and food. Overall a place that is comfortable for stay and has all the basic needs.
There's bad, there's worse, there's worst and then comes the experience of living here. The less I say the better.
It's high time that all top B-schools get internship in various locations during summers and Ahmedabad is also one such place. We students of IIFT started searching for stays in Ahmedabad for our entire internship duration. This is when we came across Januson pg, and this really stood out in a way that this PG brings out that homely feeling and vibe be it the stay or the food. Really liked it till now, it's kind of home away from home.
Please don't waste your money. Absolutely horrific experience
