Nice services are provided by janta that is in tilak nagar, Staff is grt ,they care alot for there patients especially old age with whom no one is there. Madam is grt who is tkg care and cleaning is goid as well.10/10 grade from side. g
Whenever we came from blood test the billing was always the issue. Staff who has to take the blood test is free and we are waiting for a billing to be done. It's better is someone can take care of this and the billing person can check if the blood test staff is free they can take a patient who has come for a blood test and it can be free easily.

It is a fraud testing lab. First they tell low prices and after taking test samples they ask more money to give reports. If u refuse to give, then they will. Misbehave with you.
Price- Excellent Service- Excellent Patient Assistance- Poor Since most of the patient are not from medical background, reception team should have to assist properly but they are not doing properly. I visited on Saturday (10th Jun'23) for test of my mother but one test got missed just because of improper assistance. Although Today I got full support by one guy and completed test Today.
Janta x ray has dropped quality recently. The staff is rude as well. Case in point Mr. Yogesh Sadana. When I enquired for an ultrasound done under DAK scheme. When I called to enquire about the procedure their employee Mr. Yogesh behaved rudely and refused to even listen to people's queries. When I called him out he started screaming at me and banged the phone down arrogantly saying 'I am Yogesh complaint wherever you like'. My patient is paralyzed. Before I get them for a test anywhere I need to know if they have wheelchairs and stairs. But as per Mr. Yogesh - if you can come at 8 am then good otherwise don't come. The lab forgets that they are not doing this for free and they will be paid for it. If it is inconvenient for Janta X ray they can refuse to do it and make money of it.
Janta mri dept service is good ,they took my daughter as per the time they informed us,staff and all people over there are very polite and helpful,pls do come for your tests and cleanliness is excellent.Thank u janta .
