Hospital facilities I like - 1. Easy to find, located in main Vapi, on the way from Kachigam gate to Vapi railway station road. 2. Large infrastucture of hospital, have most of the facilities like patient room, Xray, Ambulance, etc. 3. Reception staff is good behavior and cooperative for first timers. 4. Cleanliness is well maintained. 5. Seating arrangement is well and COVID-19 measures are followed by staff. 6. Hospital has moderate pricing. 7. Medical is available outside.

It's A Good Hospital. My Colleague was Admitted for a Couple of Days. It's Clean & hygiene. Spacious & you don't have the typical hospital Smell. Doctors & Staff is Quit Good. Would recommend This Hospital.

Staff r lezy, don't gv respect to time and less knowledgeable. When patient r waiting for doctor, instead treating them, they focus on just moving here and there.

Worst hospital and worst service! I was admitted yesterday and they have charged me for 3 days. Complete scammer hospital and the doctor is very unprofessional and uneducated. Zero value for money

My 16 yrs son admitted in ICU for treating Pnemonia, the Drs takes only various report and not gives information to parents what actually happened. They treating daily for days , bt not able to cure even not get relief also not suggested proper medicines to cure n relief. After 4 days we take discharge with highly bill paid.

Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff and the services provided. These people value their policies more than the life of a person. Dr.Balat is one of the biggest master-mind of this so called "hospital". Kindly take care of your loved ones and avoid this hospital at any cost.

Very risky hospital for kids. Dr Nylson Chaudhary was seeing my child and declared him with Jaundice positive. In actual he was sick with Typhoid. All medications given first for viral and then Jaundice. Even I requested for lab testing. Where it identify that he was not Typhoid positive. Do not even consider this hospital ... no matter how feasible it is. Jr Doctors take thier own decision without asking..to the Dr.. They will tell u to get admitted even they don't have proper knowledge. Money making machines ...U'll go to this hospital to get treated but mentally ul be harassed for the indecisiveness & carelessness of the staff. AVOID AT ANY COST

Do not even consider this hospital ... no matter how feasible it is. Worst management ever i have seen. The staff of the hospital are least bothered ...useless af. they take decision on their own.. like removing reports and not giving proper explanation about it.. neither showing the reports to the patient or their relatives.... and half of them doesn't have any clue about the patient or disease or the reports been conducted. They will tell u to get Admitted for 2 days but will extend it for 10-15 days . Money making machines ...U'll go to this hospital to get treated but mentally ul be harassed for the indecisiveness & carelessness of the staff. AVOID AT ANY COST
