Jannat Residency - Hotel in Jodhpur - Jodhpur, India

I stayed in Jannat Residency for one night. Overall, my experience was descent. Not good, not bad. I believe the place is overhyped. It is not as good as rated or claimed by the owner. (When I booked, he said, "Jannat ka ehsaas kara dunga"). I told the owner on the phone that I'll check in at 6:30 pm. He said he'll keep the room ready. When I reached, already someone was there and I was told that I'll get the room by 8:30 pm. By the time, I had my dinner. In the dinner. I only got some rotis and gatte ki sabzi and some chutney with some onions. No rice/dal was prepared. I (along with one more guest who was staying) had my exam the early morning next to the night I stayed. The owner was singing songs at 11:30 in the night in the mic and loud speakers. The next morning, the owner asked me to check our before 10 AM (I couldn't, because my exam was going to get over by 10:30). Do not rely on the availability of the rooms being shown on websites/apps or claimed by the owner. There is no check-in/check out time. Whenever you arrive is your check-in time, whenever you go, is your checkout time. Rooms are good, but I'm not sure if linens were changed, staff is good, and the taste of food is good (you might not get varieties/options). But before staying, I'd like you to consider the facts I mentioned. In terms of pricing, I'll say it's good (maybe a little bit expensive for what I experienced). Do not consider the place to be like a hotel but a place developed like a homestay by the owners for their hobby. This was my experience and may not apply/have apllied to others. PS : I'd like the owner to take my feedback positively and not consider it to be a fake review (as done in other reviews).

Hotel is very good, rooms are clean and spacious, ambience top notch! Home vibes with great service. Hotel owner Mr Om prakash dudi sir is very humble and polite. Caretaker Beeja Bhaiya is very friendly , he rectified our every problems with ease. Food quality is good however you need to inform them first what you want and they will prepare it for you. Overall best value for money stay we ever had. A little bit far but worth every penny. Trust me You wont regret. your stay here Once again thankyou jannat residency to make our stay comfortable and hasslefree And yes dont forget to meet their pet dog Jordan.

I booked this hotel on reviews basis and i assure you that it is totally worth it. I was surprised that some reviews even have 1 star rating because the behaviour of the owner and the staff was exceptional. I would recommend this hotel if you visit Jodhpur.

I had the most amazing stay there! The staff was super friendly and the rooms were so comfortable. The hotel owners were really sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend it! This place is go to place for my family. This hotel is really jannat.

We went in a group of 8 girls. It was a last moment call but the owner managed to arrange everything - from providing clean rooms to amazing food and hospitality! .We were a group of 8 girls who could comfortably fit in their ground floor rooms. The campfire experience at night was the cherry on top of the cake! Overall-well maintained house with very courteous caretakers and staff!

Jannat Residency is the best place to stay in Jodhpur. Such a nice natural environment. The hotel staff and management are so expert in their work. Thank you very much

Worst ever hotel of my life, I went there with my 2 daughters and feel very unsafe as there were lots of cheap people at the hotel. No security, no professionalism, no safety. Never seen this type of treatment in any hotel. There were robbers, drinkers only, very risky for families.
