Serve your cravings for the famous kashmiri wazwaan here. While ordering all dishes in a go would not be pocket friendly, they have a thali (trambi) option which offers almost all kashmiri traditional cuisines in one plate
Unexpectedly good food, warm staff. Great ambience. I randomly went for dinner today and believe you me the food I had was beyond superb. The quality, the taste, the spices all awesome. And best part is the prices are very nominal. Loved it

Kashmiri Cuisine | Traditional Wazwan Dishes | Jammu and Kashmir's Government Monitored Restro Serving Pure & Authentic Kashmir Wazwan Dishes. JKTDC is serving Kashmiri wazwan dishes like Rista, Gushtaba, Mutton Seekh Kebabs, Dhania Korma and other delicacies. I went there post one of my friends told me to visit there to try their Kebabs. I went there and tried several dishes and found out that the preparation was really good and the best thing was there Kebabs! Literally, the Kebabs were so juicy, rich with Desi Ghee and were mesmerizing to eat. But Ristas were also good, not that much good as they were in Taj Hotel. Overall, you will enjoy authentic dishes and will love t he traditional cusine of Jammu and Kashmir especially the Kashmiri Cuisine!
There is also this Hotel Jammu Residency and Wazwan restaurant of J&K tourism. Authentic kashmiri food in Jammu, probably the best. Though you don't find any other food being served here, I mean limited choice. Quick service. Affordable price. Great ambience. Very courteous staff. Google Map doesn't show this restaurant, search instead for J&K tourism Reception, which is co-located.
