Rani Rashmoni Family Durga Puja. The Durga puja was originally started by Rani's father-in-law Babu Pritaram Marh (Das) in 1774 It is at the courtyard of this house where Sri Ramkrishna Paramahansa Deb used to conduct Durga Puja.
This is one of the very old Rajbari in Kolkata where the most devoted Rani Rashmoni live. But now this place is not much cared. I visited the place during Durga Puja 2023 and saw the the building is not well maintained and coloured and even not cleaned properly. As this place can consider as the heritage of Kolkata so much more maintenance required. People who visited this place knows about the poor condition of this place.
Heritage place.Not at all maintained,but the place is important legacy of the 19th century. Specially attractive in the durga puja festival though little obscure in general. The surrounding use quite untidy and full of hum drum.

Historical building,one of the heritages of Kolkata,related with the legendary Rani Rasmoni,but unfortunately under oblivion...totally unmaintained, under decay of its old grandeurs, surrounded and overlapped by dingy market and stalls..specially gathers visitors during the Durga puja festival;entry is free and co-operation of the local people are very frolic.
Hard to find, close to Rani Rashmoni Bhawan. Clean, well maintained. Must visited Bonedi Bari Durga Puja. Kumari puja at all three days of puja.
