This is a spot that seafood lovers must try. I ordered seafood Thali for lunch. Food is simply amazing with a pleasant atmosphere and excellent staff hospitality. Happy Tummy #soulful food

Overall we always have a good experience here, the food is good specially the ghee roasts and tawa fries!!!! I feel the veg meal is really budget meal here for students. But recently a worker came to our table and started doing something without noticing us there but then suddenly he realized we were there and moved away. It was weird. Apart from this recent experience, the food, other aspects of service is good. Atmosphere around the restaurant is okay okay.

I very nice place when it comes to ambiance and feels just like a home. They have a great menu. The sea food is good here. Their chicken green roast is very good. Also their tawa fry items are worth the try. Their masala is very good and their preparation styles are amazing. Also the neer dosa and kori rotti is good. It's a must try place. The place has ample parking. This is owned by a local political personal.

Ordered lunch on swiggy today from janatha lunch home. And it was super delicious Ordered fish meals, kori rotti, chicken curry, bangude masala fry and chicken biryani. None of the dishes disappointed us at home. If you want to try Authentic mangalorean fish curry meals, this place is the best. Bangude masala fry was so good, the masala was really tasty. Kori rotti was a hit too. And the chicken biryani had the right amount of spice and masala. This place is a must try for all fish lovers out there. I loved each and every dish that i have ordered so far. Do try their fish egg masala and prawn masala yumm food

I just love the food here. My most favourite has to be the squid golden fry. Plz try it ul love it (must) The biryani here is also very good and amazing quantity. The place is very spacious with good parking as well. The staff also is good and service is good too . Ghee roast, tawa fry they have is tasty! Also the Students combo is worth it. 1) The menu is just a list of food items. It doesn't have price in it! 2) At 2 pm in the afternoon, this restaurant doesn't have parotta! Don't know why it's even open then.

Looking for a good restaurant with ample parking space? This is for you ! The ambiance is pretty descent, the food is amazing and the quality is good. Service is pretty quick and hey ! No egg dishes served here. Overall a very good place :)

I always look for seafood restaurants when I visit Mangalore. This time I thought I would go to a different place and hence visited Janatha Lunch Home. Woh!!!! what a place for seafood....just amazing....Tawa fries are super....and generally the masala restaurants use are a mixture of the readymade powders....but JLH uses homemade types of masalas and you realise that while eating. I haven't had such tasty seafood anywhere in my life. A must place to visit if you like seafood.
