The receptionist and the guys from the kitchen were so good and super friendly. The rooms are nice but they didn't have wifi in any of the rooms. The only one who is entitled to the wifi is the MD, which I find ridiculous. For the sake of foreigners who may not want to get sim card(another herculean task), please provide wifi in some of the rooms or maybe the reception area.And oh, I enjoyed the food.
Overall..the hotel is within the budget range for a few days stay in Kolkata. The rooms are neat and clean. The view from the 3rd floor non-ac room is somewhat less as it tends to be sideview to the main road. The service is also good as the staff are well mannered. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Kolkata towards the Dum Dum side.

Rooms and Washroom both are not at all clean. The behaviour of owner / manager is very bad. Hotel staff are not responsive.Service is not good. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in my life.
One time free water bottle then pay to sip water. Place OK near tea stall raw vegetables No alcohol &weeds Not allowed or chewing tobacco spitting banned. Break houserules pay for it.
210 Mattress was not comfortable as i stayed last time in 208 . TV was not working but after following 1 day the issue resolved. These are the basic thing of the room they should chcek before giving room to guest. I like the behave of the hotel staff and location is extremely good . food also very tasty n nice . Overall stay was nice Rate 4.
One of the bad place in dumdum, only thinking about profit rather than giving best service to there customer, manager and staff are very rude , don't visit please, they aren't really care about guest who is regularly goes there, but also so rude and I'll mannered
Hotel is very unhygienic. Toilet was not cleaned. Bed sheets and curtains are used. Room is not cleaned and sanatised. Staff is not at all co operative. They wanted to book with them in higher rate and we had booked from go ibibo hence the room was given different from what it was booked for. Pathetic service. Do not ever visit
