Update as on 08/10/2023 - Instore experience is always good. The only suggestion is to keep more stock for customers and also improve the home delivery experience. This way you will increase your customer base. Update as on 11/05/2023 - After one year of good ssevice, I don't understand why good service suddenly turns into bad customer service. Nowadays the person doesn't attend calls nor gives home delivery in time. Also they don't keep stock for medicines for more than 2 weeks, customer service at it's worst!!! You need to improve. I already ordered medicines from other store.
I buy medicines regularly from this store as I am extremely satisfied with the service and discount offered by them. I would recommend the store to everyone. Besides one can purchase not just medicines but other lifestyle products too.
