Janapriya Silver Crest - Villa in Secunderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

Well maintained, peaceful, however, houses for small families. Should have own transport, have to walk more than a mile for public transportation or any other thing to buy. Roads are yet to be built/layed.

Hi First we booked A2-703,and he said after 6 months u need to pay 10%of amount and loan EMI also started from jan 2021 therefore we agreed to buy if he had said that u need to pay 10%of amount in 1 month we wouldn't have booked.he cheated me and he told wrong to me he has played a game,and he has sent a mail after 1 1/2 month u need to pay 20%amount how should we pay that much of amount.now we are ready to pay the half of the amount of the flat but we donot need to deal with this type of person because this is not a one or two days thing this will have many years dealing this type of manipulating person we donot need so cancel the flat and refund my money. After he has asked 10% money we went to janapriya office he didn't even discuss with me we waited so much time and went back to my home and he didn't even lift my call he is a fraud.his name is Akbar is giving wrong information to customers when they first time come to janapriya. Only of him we are cancelling the flat Below i attached all mails check once

Good Place to stay. Many more amenities should be added by the builder. Awaiting

It's one of a kind indipendent villas in twin cities, as the villas are constructed by using Pre fabricated concrete blocks in a 170 square yards land area and the built up area is around 1700 square feet. The construction started back in 2014 - 15, still under construction including some villas, roads, club house and some cabling works. The look of the villas are very unique in style. Interiors can be done as per the wishes of the home buyer or you can occupie with the standard interiors. They have round the clock security. The nearest land mark is kapra lake. It's 3 kilometers away from Sainikpuri Bharath Petrol Pump on A S Rao Nagar road near Poulomi Hospital. The area is very silent and away from pollution, when you reach the place you will have a feeling like you have come very far from the city. For day to day purchases for household items and for provisions you have travel nearly 3 kilometers as there is no stores nearby.

Janapriya is a pathetic company. Substandard construction and lot of unfulfilled promises. It even cheated us and colluded with GHMC to change the promised club house blueprint from 4 storey to 2 storey. Even the boundary wall is made of cement and water from outside seeps through these walls and makes living hell for us.If you value your money, pl don't invest in janapriya. Anyone can come and see in janapriya silvercrest if what I have written is right or wrong. I am owner of a row house within this campus.

Nice place to stay... The only flip side is that, the builder is taking hell lot of time to develop the amenities..

There are several construction defects such as leakage of rain through floor to floor joints, windows, top roof.Roads becoming canals during rains, outside drainage water coming inside through compound walls of this gated community, club house work stopped etc.etc.

Never experienced such a poor customer service till now at any organisation or a company.. very dissatisfied n too much delay in work. I wish there was a feature of giving a negative review, i would have given it a -5 stars.
