Doctor and staff never follows time. They give appointment, but every time have to wait with my infant for more than 2 hours.Never visit this hospital. No proper communication and not planned appointments. Worst service in covid situation. No sanitizer at entrance. No proper way dealt with patience. Employees are very rude and no proper knowledge. I would give -1 instead of 1 star for the service. Very greedy people and always ask only cash.

Staff is very rude and trained to make patients wait by giving false information. Service is very poor for the money they charge. They are always reluctant to take feedback and improve customer satisfaction.

Worst Hospital. Don't put your baby in risk. Full commercial. . Zero experience staff. Mostly Jr trainees will treat. They even don't know how to collect blood sample. After giving my baby blood sample, blood didn't stop flowing. My shirt with my baby blood since they didn't even put cotton after taking blood sample. Rude staff .

Terrible state of the hospital. No cleanliness at all. Of you go there you will encounter new diseases. Front office staff are impolite and absolutely of no use. No body cares over there. Waiting time - good luck. If they give u token and ur appointment time is 6, be prepared to wait for at least 3 hours. Dr.Shyam Sunder is really good. But, i would suggest if u want him to give u treatment, then visit him at a different hospital, DEFINITELY NOT BLOOM!

My kid having a high fever. So we have taken an appointment and went to the hospital. Appointment at 10:00, but Vijay Shekar doctor came at 12:00 PM. Vijay Shekar always come late. Finally, at 12:30 PM, we have entered the doctor's chamber. Examine my child and written for all the blood tests and we have given blood samples. After some time reports came and all the Reports are normal then the doctor written prescription. We have given medicines to my child after 2 days fever is cured. Before doing blood tests they have to write prescription, if fever does not cure then they have to refer to blood tests. But here is completely reverse. For all the blood tests it's more than 4000/- * Fully money-minded doctors & hospital * Always delay in doctor visits (if always delay why need appointment) * Pathetic waiting time (in the waiting time children are crying) * If we ask about the delay they answer rudely * Don't waste money They always check the CRP test (C-reactive protein) Kid having temperature high (fever) CRP will increase and if a kid is normal CRP is normal. (I have confirmed this with my friend. He is the Radiologist) They will show the test result (Parents will panic) and hospital management will tell need to join in the hospital.

Hospital staff is worst and don't even understand what is the purpose of our visit. They are trained to tell lies about doctors availability and other details. Also main important thing if doctor has written any test for diagnosis and you get it done somewhere else other than their lab then they don't care abt patient and will tell to get it done from some costly or highly reputed diagnostic center. Ultimately ask to admit the child for viral fever. Do not visit this hospital if you really care about your loved ones. Word experience in my life specially with a pediatrician who should be polite with child and parent. There is no option to give 0.

Highly dirty and irresponsible staff Hospital ambience is dirty and unhygienic The doctor's depend on illiterate staff We visited to show the reports to Dr Shyam Sunder as it was suggested by him which is suppose to be free of charge. Since they don't expect revenue for revisit they made us sit for 2 hours while the our patient was suffering from high fever. If u care for your loved ones please do not visit this hospital instead go to Gandhi hospital and show to doctor who is appointed there.

The receptionist won't respond properly when we call to take appointment and doctors are not on time..no proper timings followed at hospital..
