Decent lodge near manipal hospital @ affordable budget. Don't expect service of hotels.. service is not upto mark. But good place for decent stay. Most of the people who visit hospital will stay here so it is ok..

Room is ok but not so good washroom is hopeless is on top of European cocet No hangers in bath room and service is worst after checkin also rooms are not cleaned no bedspread on bed no bed sheet no drinking water room is full of cockroch

The rooms are noisy because of a Pub just below the Hotel. Cannot even sleep at 11.p.m. Constant noise pollution in the surrounding. Very bad location of the Hotel. Service is also very poor.

This place in heart of the city near MIT and Medical College, cheap rooms available here.

We took a non A/C room for Rs700. The room didn't have a dustbin. Hot water is only available from 6 to 8:30AM. One of the legs of the main table is slanted (we really don't know what happened to it). No hand shower for toilet uses. Drinking water is only supplied if asked promptly. No soaps or shampoos provided. No towel for drying us were available too. Bathrooms are clean but not squeaky clean (it's a Herculean task so we didn't mind that). Had 3 powercuts. The power switch outside our room was "mysteriously" switched off. We waited for almost 2 hours to later know from complaining that the switch was off.

A/C Rooms (Super Deluxe) are hygienic and well ventilated. Non A/C aren't that good. But if it is a day's gig, works out well. Pricing is very economical and well mannered staffs.

If you are looking for a budget stay, this is the best option in manipal. Dont expect any service from them. We got a 4 bed bedroom (with 2 bathroom)for just 1000 per day. Room is very neat, but Bathroom is not good.

Torn bed covers were provided. The tiles of the washrooms were broken.No lift facility. Could not sleep due to the loud music from the pub downstairs.
